Shipping
Most items ordered by 11 am central time will ship either the same day or the next business day.
Please be aware, you or your agent must be present to receive shipment unless USPS. Be sure to open all boxes to inspect entire shipment. Please note any and all damages found upon arrival prior to acceptance of shipment. Minor dents and dings may happen during shipment, these will not affect operation of equipment but please note them upon receiving shipment in order to fill out a damage claim. If shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, you will not be able to claim the shipping damage. Once you accept delivery from shipper it is very hard to claim any damages from shipper, as most claims are denied as they will say you damaged in your handling
If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that your agent opens and inspects the shipment when it arrives.
Warranty
Please check with manufacturers for warranty; each manufacturer holds different warranties. Your local contractor can help with labor and parts warranty issues. Geothermal Products does not offer any labor warranty; please be aware of manufactures labor warranty requirements prior to ordering. Geothermal Products is not liable for costs or expenses incurred by you due to a malfunction of any equipment or part sold on our site. Geothermal Products will not compensate you for any labor costs for any reason, including equipment or part malfunction. Geothermal Products can handle any parts exchanges you need with proof of installation and diagnostic invoice from a licensed HVAC contractor (shipping cost's are buyers responsibility). Under no circumstance will Geothermal Products replace a whole system or component (such as condensers, air handlers, coils and furnaces) should any equipment or part fail during installation or not operate after installation. All warranties are through manufacture only. Geothermal Products will supply parts covered by the manufacturer warranty (shipping cost's are buyers responsibility) . All equipment needs to be registered with the manufacturer to receive the full limited and conditional warranties. If a system is not registered with the manufacturer, the units will only receive the minimum base warranty offered by the manufacturer. All equipment sold on our site is explicitly designed to be installed by a professional, licensed HVAC contractor. Warranties are based on each manufactures requirements, at manufactures option warranties will be null and void if the installation was not performed by a licensed HVAC contractor in a professional manor. Proof of installation will be required for Geothermal Products to process your parts warranty. Please note that refrigerant is not covered under most warranties. Processing and postage fees will apply as most manufactures do not cover shipping in their warranties.
Returns

-- 96% Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up but not shipped.
-- 85% Refund less shipping costs - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up and shipped to you and not unpacked by you.
-- Variable or no Refund - Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you. Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given. If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given. Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.

-- All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from.
